Popped a pimple at work....again?

You know those little white heads you get right before an important meeting with a client ... or a hot date? You can't resist it right? You have to get it!!

So you popped it and now you have germs galore on your face and bacteria is running around the surface of your skin like it's grandmas chasing it for a sloppy kiss..(hope you’re not eating your lunch) so what are you going to do?

It is common that most of us carry Dettol in our purses these days, or satchels (whatever’s in right now) so put a bit on your finger tip and dab it on the zit that you have just turned into an erupting volcano. It dries quickly and kills germs fast!

Have a breakout? Use Paula's Choice Skin Balancing Carbon Mask on the on theproblem area.

Have a breakout? Use the Skin Balancing Carbon Mask on the on the problem area.

When you first apply the mask on your skin it tingles and you feel the menthol and peppermint hard at work. This may be irritating for some, however if you are like me and like to ‘feel’ products doing something to your skin then you will be in love with this mask instantly.

After you remove the product, you will notice the redness around the blemishes has significantly reduced and your skin will feel softer and smoother with a clearer looking complexion.

The actual texture and colour of the product is similar to a mud mask, however I found it much easier to remove in comparison to most other mud masks I have used in the past.

You can purchase it online from the Paula’s choice website for only 39.95, see the link below:

Also if you like wearing hemp clothing and enjoy a little tree hugging on your lunch break then you will love to know it is an animal friendly product and 100% fragrance and dye free (surely that’s good for the environment right?!)

It's a New Day x

You should start every day doing something for yourself. Whether it be having a coffee or going for a walk, just take time out for yourself to celebrate the new day. X

Darwin Sunset

I love sunsets... I love that regardless how horrid your day was, something beautiful can still end it..

Lil Miss Ava

Here it goes... my first real blog.. I'm 25 years old and living in the beautiful Darwin, Australia. Prior to here I worked in Melbourne as a trainer and assessor in a beauty therapy college.. The reason I moved from Melbourne to Darwin? I needed to escape what I was becoming.

My kitten is my sanity although, when I need her the most she would rather chase her tail around.. or eat..I never thought I was a cat person but after experiencing some personal battles earlier this year, I realized its nice to have a listener to come home to and I love that she doesn't talk back..

I adopted her from the Darwin Animal Rescue group as she was found dumped behind a pub. Ava was tiny and skinny when I received her and now she is such a princess, infact so much so that you would honestly believe she is some form of descendent from the gods!

I hope you all fall in love with her like I did..
